Does anybody make a performance verision? I can't find any locally and am gonna need to order them in. All I find are stock replacements...

My application is a 70 Torino, but these are the same 64-73 Mustangs and many other Ford applications throughout those years.

I replaced the rubber in mine with acetal (Delrin) rather than roller bearings.
That sounds pretty easy - how's that working for you? How are you retaining the sleeve and did you add Zerk fittings or other lubing system?

The car's still in the project phase so I haven't even taken it off the jack stands. To retain the sleeves, I used E-ring clips in grooves I machined into the shafts, but they would probably work just fine if I had made them a little bit longer. They can't really move very far. Plus the tube in the perch has a slight taper so they have a bit of a press fit anyway. I did add a zerk fitting along with a shallow internal spiral groove.
