A little to quick on that enter key!

Try putting a little oil in the low cyls. If compression goes up bad rings, if it doesn't bad valves.

with side to side cylinders with bad compression i would say u blew the head gasket between those two cylinders. could also be the rings but veyr doubtful.

id bet money on the head gasket being bad

If the rings are bad , aquick test is to squirt some oil into each cylinder. If they come up a lot the rings are to blame. If not look elsewhere. I would try this before pulling anything apart. The oil can be any, like 30w or any motor oil.

tried the oil into the cyclinders and compression barely went up
i think the valve job was done poorly
come to find out that the guy that did the valve job no longer works at the machine shop
was fired. i upgraded my cam during the rebuilting to .050 int. 224 exh 234 valve lift. 496 int .520 exh. and he used the 32 year old spring. who knows what other short cuts he used.
i thing i got screwed on the rebuilt
