Anyone ever use it. I've grilled and fried it, but I was trying to think of something new. Cousin used to grind it up with pork and make sausage. I was thinking of a rice based dish with plenty of spice and diced peppers and onions. Anyone else got any ideas?

I had Gator twice in Austin TX. Great stuff. Lightly breaded with a red sauce. My wife hates when I talk about it, she has a pet alligator. I heard Ostrich and Buffalo are good.

I have had croc. before when I was down in Australlia. They served it to us in a chowder. It was quite good. Tastes like chicken and has the consitiance of fish. I would not mind eating it more often.

Buffalo is just overpriced beef. Ive heard good about ostrich. Gotta remember to tenderize gator before you cook it, really tuff stuff.
