For 63/64 The wheels you are looking for are 15x5.5 Kelsey Hayes.

The HIPO wheels will have a K-H and a Ford blue oval stamped in between the lug holes.

The center section of the wheel will be welded to the rim
NO RIVETS

The wheel will have 4 "cat's eye" cut outs where the hub meets the outer rim.

Watch out for the early (50's) and 60's Lincoln 15 incher as it does not have the cut outs and are solid all along the hub/rim mounting.

65+ big Fords had 15 inch but the rivets will be present on a non HIPO wheel

60-62 HIPO cars had a similar wheel but was 15x5

Tony,
You don't by chance know what the set back and offset is. Thinking about having Stockton wheel make these for me. Wouldn't have the correct oval but atleast they would clear the exhaust and fender properly then. Thanks Les

Les, I'll dig one out of storage and measure it. By the way if you are not looking for the correct OEM wheel, you can get a set of 65/66 wheels for a lot less than having some made and with wheel covers and them pitiful 7.10 x 15 oem tires no one will know the difference.
