Do y’all think this inlet is too corroded to properly seal? Should I just load up some RTV silicone in that spot? I don’t want to go through the trouble of installing this intake if I’m just going to have to take it right back off.

Also, what in the heck is this hole in the snout of the water pump? I can see through it to the pump’s internals. I’m assuming there should be a plug of some sort here.

Not sure on the corrosion but on the hole, I believe it's a weep hole. If the seal in the pump fails, this hole allows the coolant to leak out so you can see it. I wouldn't plug it.

Have you taken a wire wheel to the face of that exhaust? I would say it will seal, use the High Heat RTV. Just make sure it is clean before sealing.

Looks like an intake manifold to me, not exhaust. I'd clean it up, make sure it's deadnuts flat and use it.
