The heads are good stock heads.
Might get $150 or so for the pair.
This is if the are 351w DOOE's

They say 302 in the rocker arm area. I don't think the holes are big enough for 1/2 inch head bolts. I have a few sets of 429/460 heads and these are for sure smallblock. I wish they were D0OE 429 cj heads.

If they are D0OE 302 heads they are nothing special.They have a little bigger chamber than the early 289 heads and they have the normal size small valves.When you say they have an adjustable valve train do you mean someone has installed screw in studs?Otherwise they should have the press in studs with a shoulder...I'm running these heads on my motor and they can be made to work ok but aren't worth much in stock form.
