If they are D0OE 302 heads they are nothing special.They have a little bigger chamber than the early 289 heads and they have the normal size small valves.When you say they have an adjustable valve train do you mean someone has installed screw in studs?Otherwise they should have the press in studs with a shoulder...I'm running these heads on my motor and they can be made to work ok but aren't worth much in stock form.
