Can someone tell me the physical size of the dash speaker that came in a '64 Falcon? Thanks

IIRC: They are 6X9 inch. That's what the galaxie is.

Ray, 6x9 doesn't fit the Falcon. Anyone have a Falcon with the original 8ohm dash speaker? Know a place to buy one? I know they had a thinner profile so they would fit above the radio. Does anyone know the correct size?

Try looking at Mustang stuff the early cars had the small oval speakers like the Falcon. Even my '67 has the size smaller than 6"X9" on the dash. Stu

I think your original dash speaker is a nasty little 4" X 7" and are very hard to find.... Some other muscle car's I've restored on came with a 4" X 10" speaker above the radio and they were very thin...
