Well, the insurance gods have smiled upon me and are fixing the comet after it being vandalized to the tune of over $1100 of engine damage alone. Now comes the fun part and my questions: Do I go with a 331 stroker or retain the 289 crank and build from there? I want to keep my block because it's in such good shape. I already have heavily ported 351 heads with 190/160 valves, guideplates, etc. The ins. co is paying for all machine work, assembly, replacing the cam, all bearings, etc. I've read with interest project 11.99, but would a 331 give me even more?
