Hey, anyone have some ideas on a donor vehicle to put my 58 ranchero on? Does anyone know the logistics of putting a body on frame on a unibody? Was thinking of several cars i.e. p71 crown vic, later tbird, lincoln, gran torino, etc, as long as the wheelbase is close, I can modify, but looking for what anyone found to be easiest. Thanks

Man I'd love to have a ranchero around that year....


I dont have the answer for you, but I bet someone at the H.A.M.B. has the info you need. That era is pretty popular in the custom scene so you should have a lot of resources on different avenues you can follow to you your car on the road.
