Anyone know the Min. drum Dia. for front and rear drums on a 65 Falcon ( 4 door.... If that matters ) Or better yet, where I can get drums with out spending $50 bucks a piece.

The Drum is 9" with a maximum of 9.060. If the drum is 0.005 out of round they need turned. These numbers are for a 6 cyl Falcon

$50 a piece isnt much to make sure you come to a stop safely, im sure the pole or building that ends up stopping you cost more then that. Brakes are the last place to get cheap. Also some drums, not all, have the max diameter marked on them.

I have a set of front drums and brakes 5 bolt for a 64 falcon that I will sell if your interested with all hardware.I just converted to Disc brakes
