I have a stroker kit for my 408 cleveland. With a eagle crank with knife edges and standard oiling holes. The crank is aprox 10 years old . I need to know if this is a cast iron crank that can hold just 500hp.
The crank is marked with 4340 and **35240006200w( it is very hard to see)
When it was bought the seller sayed it was a race crank of 4340 steal made for 351w with svo block (2,75 mains)and it was rated at 750hp.
I am a bit scared this is not true.
If there is someone out there who knows what kind of crank this is please help me.
