I am trying to get my 2000 V6 mustang engine to not shake as bad. I have replaced my motor mounts and it still shakes. Any suggestions on how to fix my problem?

It shakes only when it is idoling. Once I rev up the rpms the shaking goes away.

Sounds more like a vacuum leak. Do you have a vacuum gauge?

i dont know what you have done far as tuneup goes..???

throttlebody and idle air controller motor(iac) could be full of carbon...
sticking (iac) causing irratic idle ,engine shakeing....

get a spray can of carb cleaner and a toothbrush...

open throttleblade wide open give a good squirt of cleaner , then scrubb with toothbrush includeing backside of throttleblade, repeat untill nice and clean...
then remove (iac)motor from side of throttle body, give that a cleaning to.
you may need a new one, but try cleaning first...
this is what it looks like... BWD 50521 - Idle Air Cont Vlv | O'Reilly Auto Parts
then report back....;)
