Do you know if its a roller or flat tappet cam?? if its a roller go with a steel gear and flat tappet cast gear

I have an erson cam out of an engine a freind gave me. Does anyone know what distributor gear I would use with it? This is an engine he raced in the sventies and eighties.

thats a flat tappet iron cam. I use the same cam. Great camshaft for a mild build small block. Use an iron gear.
