I just bought an 87 f350 with a 460 that has been converted to propane. It runs excellant but lacks the torque you would normally expect from a big block. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can improve the torque? I will be towing a trailer (9000 lbs) through mountainous areas and torque will be my friend I'm sure.

my uncle said that farm tractors set up for propane used a higher compression ratio, to achive the same power as the ones on gas, car and truck engines may be the same.
