Does anyone know where i should start look for a place that has a kit to make your own. i think i would have a hard time trying to run them normaly next to the trans. Plus it would make a straight shot out the heads for better breathing.

Walt: Lot of humorous guys on that jalopyjournal site. I like the description of cutting the headers pipes "like slicing a peach pie".Maybe it's me but I gotta run out to the local pie shop tonite for dessert!

Coolfalcon: I think Speedway Motors sells a weld up kit or two that might work for you.
Check out the Rialto Racing pics post link for a pic of a '60 Ranchero with a cowl hood. I saw it at the track yesterday. Neat ride.
