Flowmaster 50 series on a 62 Falcon

I'm starting to shop for exhaust system parts for my 331 install. Is anyone running Flowmaster 50 Delta Flow mufflers on a Falcon? How is the fit? Sound? I'm planning on using 2.5" pipe end to end with a X pipe, dual mufflers, and exiting under the bumper.

My '62 has 2.5 inch 2 chamber Flowmasters with an H pipe and dumps in front of the axle. It is loud but not bad.Tail pipes to the bumper would be a lot quieter.
