I am going to say that the 5 speed is worth it if you want to run a high gear ratio. I have a T5 and 3.80 gears in back, and I stull only run about 2200-2300 rpm on the freeway. With a 4 speed you will not have to worry about durability though.

I agree. I''ve gone from C-4 to toploader to t-5. 3.70s work out great on the highway.
