pull the plugs , squirt a little bit of oil into each of the cylinders to free up rust arond the rings, take a large socket and wrench and turn it over by hand to break it free.
If its realy stuck let the oil sit in the cylenders a day or two. Dont put the plugs back in to turn it over. but if you going to let it set a day or two put the plugs back in just to keep dirt out..

I used some pb blaster and coated the inside of the cylinder with the straw attached. let is sit about 30-45 minutes and took a large 3/4 drive ratchet and broke it loose.
