I have decided that I want to go with EFI on my Mustang. I am not sure of what system to go with on this, but how decided I want to do it in steps.

Does anyone make a fuel tank that is bigger than the stock 16 gallon. I want a little more range out of my car. I was thinking that maybe a 20-25 gallon tank would be nice. I believe that the 69 Mustangs had a 20 gallon tank. Can I get it to fit? Or can I make a fuel tank? Any comments would be appricated. Thanks.

How about a 22gal fuel cell from Fuel Safe, out of Bend, OR?

Mustangs Plus sells their stuff.

I have seen their fuel tanks before, except the only thing I did not like was the price. It around $800. A new repo tank is about $120. Is there a way to just make my own?

'69-'70 tanks will work (20/22 gallons). Physically it will bolt right up, but you'll need to use the appropraite sending unit for the tank, as well as shortening your existing filler tube.
