I found this video clip of a 428 Cobra-Jet engine making a dyno pull.

It's set in windows media viewer and it's full screen with sound!

Sounds gooooooooooooooood!

That's pretty cool. I saved it and I guess I'll take video when mine goes on the dyno(the 466 that is, not my 428SCJ).

Sounds like they started 'doing the pull' on it at a very low rpm, (like under 3 grand).......Still sounded cool, tho. Would've liked to of heard it idle too!

Drag79stang said it all. Listening to the idle for a few seconds would have been nice.

I guess it's time to start looking for the torch to cut the front off the Falcon.

That dyno operator... well they loaded that thing real low on the RPM.

If you go to the end of the article about the 460, there is a link to the dyno pull. Dont remember which one Chariag grabbed, one has a few seconds of post idle.
