Why is a .030 over 351 in the stroker section?....I would guess around 400hp if everything is set up right...What are the cam duration specs @.050?

The cam lift seems a little small to me but I've got no experiance with Boss 351's. Large ports and valves might make up for lift I suppose. What kind of RPM's is it supposed to run? If you plan on running it really high an even larger carb might be the ticket.

Heades are for 2V C heads and too small for them. You need at least 1 7/8" ID headers and 3" collector. Those headers are also for the taller deck 351M and 400 engines might scrape the groung on a 4WD. Cam is to tame for needing stud gurddles. The cam will be less than .538 lift with 1.7 rockers. If those are realy BBC rockers lift will even be less. Springs to heavy. Port matching that intake wount do a thing might cost HP.

Bit of both. You will need to find swap headers (if made) for a 4V head.
351M s and 400s were 2V heads (bolt on but port is differnt). 4v headers will work on 2V heads and used. (some issues though). 4V heads were never installed in a truck and very few even had true 351C 2V motors.
Usally I use 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 headers on a 2V motor... 2" to 2 1/8" (tubing ODs) on 4V heads. Headers for a 302/351W are usally 1 1/2 to 1 5/8" od tubes.

Headman and Hooker make the fost swap headers I know of some others do too usally pricy though as they dont sell many.
Dont realy have time to search myself sorry
