I want to put it in my 66 Mustang. I'm currently running carb and a Cruise-O-Matic tranny. I'm gonna switch to a C4 tranny soon.

Here's what the guy might be selling me...
- Stock cam
- Stock GT Heads
- Upper and lower intake
- Throttle body
- Mass Air

Not sure if the computer is included, but for the price i might get these parts for I don't really care

My first question is, what sensors will be required for this? Second, can I use a late model 302 block? Third, Will it bolt up to either tranny (Cruise-O-Matic or C4) fine?

I know about the wiring harness being a pain, but I think I remember seeing a 'ready to go' wiring harness for EFI in an early model Mustang in Mustangs Plus magazine.

That motor will go in fine. Be careful when it comes to the harmonic balancer and flywheel/flexplate because the new motor is balanced differently than the one your car had originally. As for the tranny, cruise-o-matic is just a name for the c-4. The new motor will bolt directly to it.
