Never heard of them. Beware of cheap engine builders. You get what you pay for. Trying to deal with someone who is not local can be hard when there is a warranty issue.

Exchange out of Louisville KY?
I have talked to them, and can purchase a 302 short block, without having a core and including shipping, for less than the machine work and parts to do the short block on my 5 bolt 289.
Any opinions on the quality of their work? I have hopes for about 1 hp per cubic inch, so would their assembly be stout enough?
