I live in Michigan, but I see four cylinders in great shop all the time up here for 1500 to 2000 dollars. Not sure how much over there though. Hope that helps a little bit.

I passed on a '87 the other day 4cyl car, for $350. Needed a motor. They're pretty cheap here in Arkansas.

Man, that's the truth! I was that way 2 weeks ago & passed on a '87 I could have driven home for $400! Hell, I want $600 for my gutted '90GT!

yeah I am looking for a 87 and up 4 banger, my insurance company goes by the VIN

I found a pretty nice 91 for 1500 but the guy sold it like 2 hours before I got there
