Can we step down to 10:0.1? Did you run this with the Vic Jr. or the Stealth? Thanks for the help.

I don't have a desktopdyno but you should be around 500 hp maybe a bit more, I'm doing a very simalar build to get an idea go to www.enginemasters.com then click on engine articles, then small block ford and read "wicked windsor in a box" pt 1 and 2. I had a cam specced for that combo except a little lower compression. Its almost like you'rs XE274HR? I think with alum heads the 10.1 shouldn't be a problem although the XE's build cyl pressure. I myself like the smooth idle and big HP theory, kind of stealth untill you put the hammer down.........

my desktop dyno says 439hp @ 5000 and 507ftlbs @3500 with
a ford z303 cam. need more cam specs then what you gave to use your cam. This is with large tube headers and mufflers and daul plane intake. You cant specify brand of intake on my desktop dyno only single or daul plane

The enginemasters.com build uses the Vic Jr. intake. I was trying to get away from that intake and use something more streetable and an intake I can use my shaker with. The Vic Jr. is too tall, I think. After I am sure I am using my selected parts, I was going to have the correct camshaft computed by the same company that engine masters used in the article. You pay $30 and give all the parts and information and you have the correct cam selected. Could anyone help with this build to get me around 480 - 500 HP? Thanks.

The difference between a vicjr and an rpm is only maybe 10hp and the rpm will be better up to 4500 rpm or so. With the afr heads you should have no problem hitting your goals.

Afr's make way more power than rousch 200 heads, the 200's flow decent but hp numbers dont match the flow.

If you have a cam custom ground for your combo you will be way ahead of the game.
