I need to relocate my holley blue, and the spot I wanted to move it to requires to lay on it side, as opposed to the normal upright position. My question is has anyone mounted theirs in that position and does it work correctly?, Holley techs say it must be mounted upright for it to operate correctly, I don't understand why, as it is an electric motor and I think it should work any position

if you lay the pump horizontally you can experience vain chatter. you're pump will work but, the norm is you will get pressure indifferences. don't do it. good luck, ron.
