I have a Holley 4 bbl list # 3490-S on a 65 Mustang GT
A-code 289 and can't find any info on the carb. It has manual secondaries and a manual choke. Can anybody tell me what cfm it is or where I can find out info on it?

Thanks

I show that carbonator as coming off of a 1966 full size passsenger car, with 289, 390 or 428. Book does not indicate such, but these used to be rated at about 600 CFM. Should however be auto choke, and vacuum secondaries. Maybe someone swapped the parts around back when.

Thanks for the info and you are right, I have already put a new holley 600cfm with auto choke and vacuum secondaries w/quick change on it. I was planning on putting a rebuild kit in the 3490.
