Looks Great!
They look almost exactly like the ones I just did for mine! I did the same thing on the valve guide boss too.
What size valves are you going to put in them?

thanks Rick,
I have finished only 3 exhaust ports and one intake bowl ,to make some pictures .
Now I will port the last exhaust channel and then the other intake channels .
Then is time to make more pictures !(sunday nigt)
When I removed the frost-plugs of these heads ,I saw how thin the cast channels are,
you cant grind everywhere so much , so I will be carefully.
It need to spend a lot of time to do a good work ,but think its worth.
Thinking about 1.94 and 1.60 valves

Robbi,
They are still sitting on my bench... I had 194/160 valves installed and they look good.
They do shrink up the chamber size though, even with deshrouding. Mine are around 52 cc's now.
Have you started on the intake runners yet? I'd like to see how they turn out for you!
I'm still trying to figure a good way to gauge the thickness around the pushrod holes. If you think of something let me know.

Thanks Rick,
This port is not finished.
At first I grind only the first two centimeters to match nealy the gasket-size.
It is very important to do the end-gasket-matching when they are milled (if needed).
so be careful at the bottom of the intake.
Hope it helps.
To check the clearence betwen the intake-runner and the pushrod-holes put in a pushrod and make a sign .
