How good are the procomp fuel pumps? They look just like a Holley pump from the outside. Are they just as notorious as Holleys or are they a little bit better......or worse?
I want to get rid of my holley blue and found a procomp on ebay for a decent price or should I just go with my original plan and get a Mallory 140 pump?

The Mallory 140 is a darn good pump. Quiet and dependable.

I don't know anything about the pro-comp, but if it looks like a holley, well, that's about all I need to know!

Good luck with your decision,

Greg

Every since the Mallory procomp110 replaced my holley blue
I havent noticed it back there. It does make a little noise but I think just about every electric pump does, it kinda lets ya know its working. W/ the blue I had to clean it out every 4 Mo or so.

Magnafuel stuff is awsome, but expensive, but the only stuff I'll run after purchasing my first one.

Procomp china made. It may look ok on the outside but id be suspect that the thing lasts long.
Go with the proven point.Quiet and durable, Mallory.
