The heads and cam are too small to take advantage of the Super Victor and the converter is too tight. You will loose a lot of low end(4000-4500) and some mid range(4500-5500) with only having a 351 with that intake. A 5500 stall and 7500-8000RPM shift points would make better use of that intake on the small 351. There is a very large difference in runner size between the Super Victor and the Victor Jr intake. I would use the Victor Jr intake and at least an 850DP. I personally would get the AFR 205s so at a later date if you decide to build a stroker you wouldn't have to buy another set of larger heads because you already would have the heads to handle the extra cubic inches and the 205s won't give up much torque to the 185s on your 351. If you don't plan on ever building a stroker Windsor, then the 1855 would be perfect for the current combo you just listed. The AFR 225s are just too big for what you are doing just like the Super Victor intake is. That's what I would do.
