I've gone from D0OE-C heads with studs and roller 1.6 rockers to Edelbrock performer heads on my 74 351w (9.503" height I think)

I swapped the studs and rockers over to the aluminum heads but i'm not sure if the push rods will still work because I think the head height is different.

Is there a specific way to tell if i'm getting enough lift to the valve?

My first thought is putting a dial indicator on the rocker tip/valve stem top

I would call Edelbrock and ask. They should have done enough research to know what you need.

I used this article to check mine when I swapped heads. Mine needed to be changed from the stock length.
