Weird. Click on the "B" in the upper right corner of your screenshot. That should bring up a menu. Select Conversations (which I think are like private messages), and Alerts. See if there are any messages there. If not, I'd suggest posting again with slightly different wording. If it were flagged by an admin, it seems like you would have been given some explanation.
