Momma and I just came back from seeing "Blackhawk Down."
New movie about the happenings during the Somalia gig.
If you are like I am, and loved the movie 'Saving Private Ryan,', then you will love this movie.
By all accounts, it's fairly accurate in its time lines, and happenings.
I give it 4 stars. (I'd of given it 5 if there was some T & A).

Now I will have to see it soon,I like that it is based on the real events that took place.

There is a guy from the Portland area that was there when it happened, and he said that the movie was an accurate portayal of what happened. I like it when movies are like that.

As I type, there's a special on the discovery channel talking about/comparing the movie to the guys book about it, and the real thing...........cool.
