To choose the right carb size, use the following formula. volumetric efficency X cubic inchs X Max RPMs all divided by 3456.

example .85x460x5500/3456=622 or about a 650cfm carb
or .85x302x6000/3456=445.65 or what ever you heart desires.

I would go with a performer rpm intake and a 650Dp...A vacuum secondary would probably give you better mileage if that is a concern

As frdnut said, I'd definitely do at least a 650 carb to feed 350hp, and a Stealth or RPM intake... you could do a Vic Jr. intake, but I'd only do that if it's going to be mostly a track machine. Another one to consider, I'm running a Weiand Xcelerator and am very happy with it, but wouldn't recommend it for something that's going to make peak power below 6K rpm.

Havent' gotten it yet, we are getting it thru Breeze Automotive in MA, they work with Factory five supplying parts for the kits.

Thanks for all the ideas, car is deff. going to be street only. Mpg isn't going to be a real concern with it

We decided on a weiand stealth intake and a 670 Holley Street Avenger Carb. The engine is going to be shipped to Breeze Automotive in MA (they do alot of work with Factory Five) They are going to assemble everything, dyno tune it, and give us a film of it on the dyno along with the spec sheet.
