I own a 2005 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4 with the 4.0L SOHC V-6 and I want to know if all the high performance upgrades that are made for the 4.0 L SOHC V-6 that's fitted in the 2005 Ford Mustang will fit my Ranger. Thank you.

The people on this forum are more geared towards the older carbureted Ford engines like the 302/351 Windsor, 351 Cleveland, 360/390/427 FEs, 429/460s, etc... you might have more luck going to a forum geared more towards the newer Mustangs, or also a Ranger specific web site like www.rangerpowersports.com . By no means am I telling you to go away, we like having a wide array of members here, just trying to point you in a direction that might be more helpful for ya. I always thought the Mustang V6 was a completely different engine than the Ranger 4.0 V6 but maybe I'm wrong... good luck!
