that i have trac lock rear or modified rear, the left wheel peels out in reverse, but seems like a peg leg in drive, but in dirt tests both laid tracks but the left later than the right. when wet seems i have no traction like a peg leg. just curious this rear is making noise so i will have to open her up soon..not sure if its a axle bearing or the gears

In reverse the rear reacts just the opposite as it would in forward. In forward it'll spin the RR, in reverse it'll spin the LR. In situations with minimal traction(dirt, gravel, wet pavement) it is much easier for the tires to spin so they both will often do so.

Exactly, residual energy is spinning the other wheel. I had a peg leg 9" in my last 67 coupe (it got changed in a hurry), and it would spin both tires because the tires sucked rear. One would always start later than the other though. When I bolted slicks on, voila, only one wheel would bite (matter of fact, I twisted the crap out of the 28 spline axle lol).
