hi guys
i am in the search for a full set of of no post doors because some ***hole backed into both my drivers side doors and creased them bad and worse it was a hit and run. i will be looking to purchase within a month when our taxes come in. i would prefer in the pacific western region to save a little shipping
my car is a 1966 mercury montclair no post hardtop

There are still some places that have them. At least when we find them their not salt rusted out. I think I remember a classic bone yard close to shotrods place in the Mojave Desert on 58. You might pm her and see if she's going towards Mojave. The place was just east of Mojave on the South side.

Hey 406 - You might be thinking of Pearsonville. They have a few Galaxies on the yard but are VERY PROUD of them. Proceed with caution and a hand on your wallet.

hi guys thank you i will be probably willing to go to california or arizona i will probably see about renting a truck to pick up doors, etc what ever i can find. i would like to find people who are reasonable and not people like here they think they have the pot of gold over the rainbow

You need Mercury doors, not Galaxie ones. The shell is the same, but the skin is different.

i was wondering about the galaxie doors i was looking closely to some pictures of them they seemed different. well at at least i have a 2 year span to work with

Information from Hollander Interchange Manual: The doors are Mercury specific. 1965 & 66 Mercury 4 dr. HT use the same doors. Galaxie doors are different.

man i love these cars i was able to push the dent out of my door i think with a little heat and a little tlc i can smooth the rest out you cant do that with todays cars
