Looking for Mass Air Conversion "T" Connector

Looking for a buddy.

He needs the "T" adaptor for the old Ford Motorsports Mass Air Conversion kit for Fox Mustangs. This connector goes between the computer and harness and has a pigtail on the side. The engineering number for the connector is E8ZM-12A582-B32. See below.
