Had a 66 GTA 30 years ago and I am looking to get one again. I have found one that has a square remote mirror instead of the round one. I know the square ones came on 67's I still have a round remote from a 66 so I know they made them with round ones any one know if the late 66 came with square one or does this car maybe have a 67 door. The adjuster is on the door.

These pics show my 66 fairlanes below. White one I know came with round. The blue car has kinda square but donot think they are correct to that car. I got 2 more 66s outside. One gta car has a 67 front end. I will go look and see what each has. I never thought of it however. I have seen many mirrors for the 66 I have looked at and all I remember on a 66 were round.

Just looked at other 2 cars. One 66 has round, other has neither, someone removed it .

They removed that mirror to make the car faster......

Thanks for the replys . If i remember right the 66 remotes had the control under the dash also.
