change your oil asap, and get a new fuel pump.

Generally oil smoke at startup is valve stem seals or valve guides, bad rings will cause it to smoke under power and most often all the time.

BTW is this on an FE?

If the carb is running rich at cold statup it will contaminate the oil after a short time. If the fuel pump is alright then get the carb adjusted right. Some carbs need a different choke adjustment for cold and warm weather.
