You can leave it just ro plug the hole in the case. Or remove it and find a way to plug it. I am running a TCI reverse manual and an ATI reverse manual with a trans brake. Both work great.

I'm running a regular forward pattern manual valve body, and I"ve just got the modular 'hangin' there for looks. (plugging the hole)........

I'm running a GER manual reverse valve body. I've tapped and plugged the modulator hole, and removed the governor and housing, and replaced it with a section of CR steel tubing.
