If you want the best setup, get the flow numbers on the heads and match a cam to those. People always put a big cam in and it doesnt work good. If your heads max the flow out at .550 lift then why put a cam in that lifts to .700.
Then when you have selected a cam, have a converter made to match the cam. Smaller ports are beter for torque as well as a dual plane intake. I used trickflow track heat 170cc heads and had them ported. The smaller runners will increase the velocity but can still get good flow numbers. I have smaller ports but flow more than the 190cc heads at a higher velocity. Paired with a good dual plane and torque you will have.
