First time I ever put one in whole, pretty slick

I never would have believed it though

Still didnt believe it 10 minutes later

STILL DIDNT BELIEVE IT LOL

And then it went

Pushed it outside and cleaned up, less than 35 minutes from on the hook until bolted in

Got company coming over tonight so made it look a little prettier

Thats unbelievable...Did it just go straight down in or did you have to turn it from side to side to get the headers around the shock towers?.

If you had asked, I would have said it was not possible, especially with headers attached.

Straight in, didnt even cover the fenders, I unbolted the idler arm, the steering fell to the ground, then I dropped the whole assembly in without touching anything, and jacked the tailshaft up until the mounts lined up.

I never did it before either, but a few friends had. Even my wife said no-f-in-way LOL

I have to say thats the only way that the v8 combo in my Pinto with the modified mustang II style headers that i have. All at once.
Impossible for me to drop the tranny by itself though. Or the headers. Pretty much one big component! LOL
AWSOME AWSOME CAR though.

Thanks guys, it'll be a week or so, but I'll get a movie of it running. Waiting for a set of roller rockers, my Crane Sportsmans were a Friday set, and I decided to go with a set of FE Max stainless rollers
