After many hours, it is so nice to install something for the last time (hopefully)

Got the parts sent off to powder coat. Everything from the core support forward will be done in semi-gloss (60%) black. Thanks to my neighbor who happens to be the sandblast and powdercoat supervisor at a powder coating company. Will post pics once I get them back in about a week.

Another milestone. Got the inner doors, trunk jamb, front valance, hinges and fender jambs done yesterday. In a week or so I will install the shaved inner fenders. Got rid of all the extra holes and most of of the minor dents. Also going to semi black the backs of the fenders with Rustoleum semi gloss (brush) since I do not want any unneseccary spraying going on.

Those are the sexiest hinges I have ever seen. I am so excited to see the body in this color.

One of today's projects is blacking out the backs of the fenders for asthetics and rust prevention. Nothing fancy here, just scuff and brush on the Rustoleum semi-gloss.
