Hi,

I live in central NH and am working on a pristine 67 galaxie convertible. It's been in the family since new, and put up every winter. I have done most of the mechanical work (replacing timing gear, oil pump, etc) but am now getting into electrical. I can do basic wiring, but would like to change out the wiring harness, AND fix a couple electrical issues.
Does anyone know of a mechanic in the Northeast, who is well versed in older fords, and can handle electrical issues? Someone who cares about his work, as much as I care about this car? I have no problem trailering it if I have to.

Thanks.

The best way I have found to locate specialized help is through local car clubs (of any brand). Start close to home, and work your way out calling or visiting to get info. Google for clubs in towns and counties around you. Most clubs know someone with a good rep for specific work like this. Good luck!
