I have the same style pump on my '67. I never tried to rebuild it, I just picked up a remanufactured one at O'Reilly Auto Parts for $42.00. You just have to reuse your existing reservoir.
Yes, rebuilt all kind of vain pumps. If it's just leaking, a seal kit is around $10. You will need a puller to remove the pulley. If it isn't working then I would go with a rebuild.
