I need a bumper jack for my '72 Ranchero, but I can't find the original for the life of me. Is there a good alternative bumper jack that has the same notch for the bumper on it?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: BTW, this is encase I get a flat, not just to have the original.

Shouldn't be hard to find. If you just want to change a tire, buy a universal scissors jack or a cheap bottle jack (mechanical screw).

You need a D2OZ 17080-A and that was released for the 1972 -1978 FORD -TORINO (72 RANCHERO only- not 73/ ) - BIRD.

Find a large yard with a HOLLANDERS INTERCHANGE MANUAL and they should be able to find you one.

get the bumper jack for originality but do not use it, 75% of the dings in the trim around the grille the bumper moves and bends when using a bumper jack.
Good Advice Here...

Get a bumper jack for originality sakes but don't plan to use it. Get a screwjack or bottle jack to actually use. Bumper jacks are the dumbest and most unsafe way of jacking up a car. Not to mention the damage they cause to the bumper and its' mounting brackets.
