I have a 1950 ford custom and i want change it from a flathead v8 to a 351 cleavland. I was wondering if a c6 trans would fit? Also what year 9" rear end would fit?

Any year 9" will fit if you mod the spring perches.

Yes a C-6 will fit also, but you need to make trans mounts.

The 351C is a front sump oil pan. Won't fit without a lot of mods. If you want to go that way you are going to have to do something with the front crossmember. A Fatman MustangII front clip or something simular. A 57-59 Ford 9" will fit and I think the spring purches are right. With a 351C and C-6 you will have to modify the firewall and floor boards. You will also have to make a transmission mount and a custom drive shaft.
