Just bought a 62 country sedan. I don't know a lot about the car, I was looking for an old wagon, saw this one up for sale and could not pass it up.
It's an Arizona car and the body is in fantastic shape. The interior is, well, rough. It needs some tinkering with lights and emergency brakes but everything else mechanically is solid.
Hope to put an interior back together, find some wheels and hit the exterior with a matte clearcoat (protect the fantastic patina) over the winter and have it on the road for spring.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride!! Looks like a great base to work on. Love those wagons, they take me back to when i was a kid and my dad had the for work cars.

I don't know FE, that car looks solid to me. If fact looks a lot better than some so-called finished rides I've seen and wagons aren't my cut of tea.

I think you have a better that normal start on that car in getting it like you want.
Good luck on your project.
