Hi all, glad I found this site seems to be a lot of good info traded. I just got a 64 Country Squire and have started work on it.
Bummer is The roof is serverly rotted.
So I'm doing away with the drip rail and re-welding it back on. Then I'll move onto the woodgraining of the sides should be a fun car.

I still have a lot to learn about engines and trannys for this car, but that will come a little later...

I like your Country Squire wagon,I think that's one of the best years for the Ford wagon there is.

I would like to find a 1966 Country Squire wagon someday,back in the mid 80s me and my Dad had a 1966 Galaxie 500-XL and a Country Squire wagon that we used to take to shows together.

Yeah its got tint and AC. Good for here in Florida. It came here from S Ca.
When it got here it had three Freeze plugs
missing... It must have went through some cold weather getting here, But I think they did their jobs cuz It seems to run fine and no other drips anywhere else. Thinking about painting it black with a black Vinyl top.
I did the woodgrain on one 64 from NJ and it looked great on a black car.

Thinking about selling my 39 Buick to buy a good crate engine and a new tranny. for her
I'm really starting to like this car... LOL
